We were commissioned by Clemondo in Helsingborg to investigate their production lines. The purpose was to increase Clemondo’s production capacity.<\/p>\n
We started with an examination of Clemondo’s existing machines that were not in operation to see which machines were suitable and met Clemondo’s high demands on quality, function and efficiency. The investigation included quality assurance and ensuring operation, including installation, which led to Trepak reporting and quoting a complete solution to Clemondo.<\/p>\n
Based on the investigation and the quote, Clemondo made a strategic decision to install the used machines in its current factory.<\/p>\n
We came to an agreement and started by transporting all the machines to our factory in Malm\u00f6. Here we built Clemondo’s new line and carefully serviced each machine. At the outbreak of the pandemic, Clemondo’s conditions for the project changed;<\/span><\/span> from being a future project to an urgent project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Clemondo’s wishes included not only the implementation of the machine, but also the preparation of the premises, based on local rules and restrictions. A clear requirement for this task was that the work could only be carried out on weekends since the factory was in full operation during the week.<\/p>\n After a decision had been made, we started immediately, and together with subcontractors we worked to get the project together, which included demolition in the production hall, laying pressurized air and water pipes, ventilation, power lines, etc. This work was essential and a prerequisite for continued implementation of the machine installation itself. It took two months from the start of work until the new-old machine was up and running at full capacity<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n The demand for many surface and hand disinfectants increased sharply due to the then prevailing pandemic.
