Smakl\u00f6ken<\/a> in Kil. It replaced an older machine with two capping heads.<\/p>\nWhen the customer visited us at Scanpack, our Pacing Capper\u2122 caught their attention. They were very impressed that a machine with only one capping head could work so fast \u2013 even faster than they could run today. Before the customer placed an order, a reference machine was also visited.<\/p>\n
Smakl\u00f6ken also had a problem with their existing machine. The self-adhesive wafers in the caps – which ensure that the contents are kept fresh – could stick during handling in the machine. This problem has now been eliminated with Pacing Capper\u2122, and compared with the previous machine, the production capacity has also increased. Pacing Capper\u2122 stands in a grocery line and caps plastic and glass jars filled with various spices.<\/p>\n
In addition to the Pacing Capper\u2122, Trepak has also supplied format parts to run a number of different packages and caps, and also a conveyor to optimize the line. Trepak was able to fulfill the delivery request, which was shorter than we would have liked, without any problems.<\/p>\n
