O. Kavli \u00c4lvsj\u00f6<\/h1>\n

Trepak has delivered a capping machine, Floating Capper\u00ae, to O. Kavli<\/a> in \u00c4lvsj\u00f6.<\/span><\/span> The customer was launching a new range and needed a machine with Floating Capper\u00ae’s capacity.<\/span><\/span> When placing the order, the scope was not fully specified and was not completed until halfway into the project.<\/span><\/span> Thanks to great flexibility on the part of both Trepak and O. Kavli, we were able to jointly navigate forward in the project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The machine was installed in an existing line where space was very limited.<\/span><\/span> The machine had to be in a room with a higher level of hygiene.<\/span><\/span> The customer also ordered an induction welder from Trepak that would need to fit.<\/span><\/span> To cope with this, Trepak has made an adaptation of the Floating Capper\u00ae, which means that the standard sliding door was replaced with an openable door.<\/span><\/span> In addition, there is a separate path to the induction weld where the path transition takes place in the Floating Capper\u00ae’s side belt.<\/span><\/span> The Floating Capper\u00ae stands in a food line and caps squeeze bottles, among other formats.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
