NOS Chemicals<\/a>, who manufactures various types of chemicals for both consumer and industry, has got a major boost and added a complete line to its factory. The turnkey solution includes an infeed table, the Trefill Compact\u2122 filling machine, the Pacing Capper\u2122 capping machine, a labeling machine, a palletizer and associated conveyors. Trepak has taken overall responsibility for this project.<\/p>\nThe product range consists of cans from 4 liters up to 25 liters with different types of chemicals. Some of these filling products are unusually aggressive, which among other things has meant that the filling system is made of plastic.<\/p>\n
A scale unit with feedback to the filling machine is also included in the line to provide even higher accuracy. The scale unit that weighs in-line reports weights automatically to the filling machine which then adjusts the filling volume.<\/p>\n
The new production line has greatly facilitated for the customer, who had previously carried out large parts of the work manually with several operators. Now a single operator can manage the entire line, and then needs to perform the following tasks for a smooth and efficient production:
\n– Place a number of pallets with cans on the feeding table.
\n– Refill caps in the elevator.
\n– Refill labels.
\n– Put in a stack of pallets.
\n– Monitor the overall process.<\/p>\n
In addition to the can line, the customer also has a Pacing Capper\u2122 in another line where, among other things, ATEX products are produced. Smaller bottles from 50 ml up to 1000 ml are run there with different types of caps, pumps and dispensers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
