ATEX – flammable filling products<\/h1>\n

What is ATEX?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

ATEX (Atmosphere Explosive) are two separate EU directives that regulate equipment and the working environment in areas where there is a risk of an explosive atmosphere. The term explosive atmosphere means a mixture of gas or vapour in air in such concentrations that they can ignite.<\/p>\n

We have completed several ATEX installations and have solid experience of working with filling products that fall under the ATEX directives. The directives set special requirements for machine design and the customer’s factory.<\/p>\n

Market-leading ATEX expertise<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Initially, we work with you to go through how you should consider the guidelines with regard to where machines are placed. We assist you with everything from ventilation calculations and risk analysis to material selection. For customers, this means a thorough review that minimizes the risk of possible delays and additional fees at a later stage. We also offer you clear and detailed instructions in the manuals that describe how the machines should be operated to comply with the ATEX directives.<\/p>\n

Ventilation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dimensioning and design of the ventilation are preceded by established calculation models, our experience with similar filling products and practical tests of our current filling products.<\/p>\n
