Capping machines from Trepak<\/h1>\n

Trepak constructs capping machines that can handle all types of packages and caps. We work with – and design – industry-specific machines and we have what it takes to tailor them to your needs. All Trepak capping machines can sort, apply, and tighten caps and then check the capping quality.<\/p>\n

Capping machine Floating Capper\u00ae<\/h3>\n

Trepak’s modern capping machine, Floating Capper\u00ae, performs the capping motion while in motion. This reduces the risk of contamination on the outside of the package and provides a high capacity of up to 130 packages per minute. The machine is available in two versions, with either 2 or 3 capping heads.<\/p>\n

Floating Capper\u00ae has an integrated cap elevator to transport the caps to the sorting unit. Caps up to 65 mm in diameter can be sorted. The machine can handle and cap packages up to 400 mm in height.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

Capping machine Pacing Capper\u2122<\/h3>\n

We have designed a new capping machine to replace Trepak’s popular TK 30 and Fillpak’s EC-40. The new capping machine is based on tried and tested servo technology and the design focus has been on high reliability and easy changeovers. Pacing Capper\u2122 has a capacity of up to 45 packages per minute.<\/p>\n

Pacing Capper\u2122 has a free-standing cap elevator to transport caps to the sorting unit. Caps up to 75 mm in diameter can be sorted.\u00a0 The machine can handle and cap packages up to 500 mm in height.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

Capping machines Capper 25\u2122 & Capper 30\u2122<\/h3>\n

We have delivered more than 1000 capping machines for Tetra Pak’s fibre packages for over 20 years. The machines can handle 1-litre packages at speeds of up to 300 packages per minute. The Capper sorts, applies, tightens, and checks the capping.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n
