Features of Pacing Capper™
- Flexible – can handle most caps and packages on many different conveyor heights/widths and package/cap sizes. Can also handle both coloured and transparent glass and plastic packages.
- Quick and automatic changeover between different packages – changeover at the press of a button, no format parts required.
- Quick changeover between different caps – cap format parts are designed for “plug-and-play” for a quick and easy changeover.
- Sorting unit – ensures that all caps delivered from the cap sorting unit are oriented the correct way for capping.
- Cap ejector – positions the cap in the gripper and provides control over the cap delivery step.
- Gripper – robust and repeatable servo capping.
- Cap control – will not release any non-capped packages. A reject station for these packages can be added to avoid halts in production.
