Mausteaitta

Trepak has delivered a capping machine, Pacing Capper™, to the food producer Mausteaitta in Naantali, Finland. The new machine replaces an older Trepak machine, the TK30. The purpose of the update was to increase reliability and production capacity.

Several times before placing the order, the customer made sure that the promised speed would be fulfilled. A Pacing Capper™, although very similar to the older machine, is still able to produce 50% more. Trepak assured the customer that the promised speed is always met. At the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) it was proven that the new machine could very well fullfill this requirement. It could even run an additional 15% higher than promised.

Pacing Capper™ stands in a food line and caps bottles with a complex cap. In addition to the capping machine, a conveyor was also delivered to maximize the machine capacity. The installation went smoothly and Trepak also took care of other line adjustments.
