Inpac

Trepak has delivered a capping machine, Pacing Capper™, to Inpac in Lund, Sweden. The new machine replaces an older lid applying machine. The purpose was to increase operational reliability and production capacity. Some package formats that were processed manually before have now been included in the machine and thus improved the work environment at Inpac. They are very satisfied with their new Pacing Capper™.

Trepak has also delivered a cap elevator, format parts and conveyors. The conveyors are mounted between the new Pacing Capper™ and Inpac’s current filling machine. During installation, Trepak performed necessary adjustments on other, already present third-party equipment. The installation went smoothly thanks to clear and efficient communication between Trepak and our customer. Being very close geographically to Inpac also simplified the information exchange and we were able to deliver the best possible solution for Inpac.

Pacing Capper™ is run in a food-grade line and caps jars and bottles filled with different types of supplement pills. The capping machine is equipped with format parts to handle 19 different caps.
