Capper 25™
Capper 25™ is the follow-up machine to Capper 20™ which was our first machine for Tetra Pak in 1998. Capper 25™ is developed to cap fibre packages with a volume of up to 1 litre. The machines are sold worldwide and have been delivered to over 70 countries and counting.
This machine is our bestseller and is available in 28 variants. It mainly caps Tetra Brik -packages of the aseptic variant from 500 ml to 1000 ml, but it can also cap the Tetra Brik Chilled model. The machine is prepared for integration into Tetra Pak’s line control system.
Tetra Pak has high demands on operational reliability and recovery time in the event of a stop. The machines are designed to be in production 24 hours a day. The high demands of Tetra Pak also permeate our other range of products.

Capper 30™ High speed
Our fastest capping machine, Capper 30™, manages to cap 300 packages per minute. Capper 30™ is designed to cap 1000 ml aseptic fibre packages at very high speeds. The high operating speed places tough demands on robustness and space to top up caps to last for an hour of production.
