The Trepak filling machines are manufactured to handle different volumes. We ensure that we manufacture high-performance machines with extremely high reliability. Filling machine Trefill Maxi™

Trefill Maxi™ is the fastest filler in the Trepak filling machine family Trefill™.

Trefill Maxi™ is suitable if you have demands for a high capacity, and if you are looking for a machine that can produce more than 100 packages per minute.

Trefill Maxi™ is best suited for a production line with packages of similar sizes. The machine excels at can handling and handles packages between 0.5 L – 25 L, with a height up to 500 mm.

Trefill Maxi™ is available with six to twelve filling nozzles.

Filling machine Trefill Flexi™

Trefill Flexi™ is the most flexible filler in the Trepak filling machine family Trefill™.

Trefill Flexi™  is suitable if you have demands for high flexibility, and if you are looking for a machine that can produce up to 100 packages per minute.

Trefill Flexi™ is best suited for a production line with a greater variety of package sizes. The machine can handle packages between 100 mL – 5 L, with a height up to 350 mm.

Trefill Flexi™ is available with four to eight filling nozzles.

Filling machine Trefill Compact™

Trefill Compact™ is the most compact filler in the Trepak filling machine family Trefill™.

Trefill Compact™ is suitable if you are looking for a production capacity of up to 50 packages per minute.

Trefill Compact™ is best suited for a production line requiring a slightly lower capacity and a greater variety of package sizes. The machine can handle packages between 100 mL – 25 L, with a height up to 500 mm.

Trefill Compact™ is available with one to three filling nozzles.

Filling machines for micro vials, barrels and IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container)

We can also deliver filling machines for small vials or microtubes, for filling barrels and IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Container), thanks to external suppliers.
